All payments on CutSlot are processed securely via third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Vendors may be required to pay subscription fees to list their services on the platform. By making a payment, users agree to the applicable charges. All payments are final and subject to our Refund Policy.
Salon vendors may be required to purchase a subscription plan to access certain features on CutSlot. Subscription fees, duration, and benefits will be clearly communicated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of vendor listings.
Users may leave reviews for salons they have visited. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experiences. CutSlot reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate our community guidelines.
All content on CutSlot, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of CutSlot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
CutSlot acts as a platform connecting customers with salons. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by salons, disputes between customers and vendors, or any damages arising from the use of our platform.
